Police ask for help identifying suspects in West Twain shooting

LAS VEGAS -- Metro police are looking for a suspect in a shooting that happened on June 2 at approximately 3:26 a.m. in the 4000 block of West Twain Avenue.

Officers found a juvenile victim who sustained an apparent gunshot wound to the neck. The victim was transported to UMC Trauma for treatment of his injury.

Metro's violent crimes section said that the victim and three others were driving in a vehicle when they encountered four unknown suspects walking in the area.

One of the suspects pulled a gun and fired several rounds into the vehicle, striking the victim who was seated in the rear seat.

The suspects were described as black male adults in their 20s. Two of the suspects were last seen wearing white T-shirts and one was wearing a red T-shirt. It was also reported that one of the suspects had a dreadlock hair style.
