NDOT suggests avoiding the area and to use alternate routes.

If motorists must travel through the area, a signed detour will route traffic north on I-15 via Exit 76A to the D Street exit.
The purpose of the closure is to shift the two lanes on the ramp to the east in preparation for the demolition of a bridge that crosses Symphony Park Drive.
When the ramp reopens, motorists will find a slight reconfiguration of the lanes entering I-15 south.
Motorists should observe posted speed limits while traveling through the area.
Project Neon is a nearly $1 billion investment to widen Interstate 15 between Sahara Avenue and the Spaghetti Bowl. It includes the addition of a high-occupancy vehicle flyover as well as the reconfiguration of surface streets adjacent to the interstate.
The entire Project NEON will take about three years to complete.
