Two of the three people killed in a deadly crash on Wednesday at Flamingo and Eastern have now been identified. One family tells News 3 that their mother and sister died when a car hit them.

"She knew how to lift you up when you were down," said Latoya Pasillas, the daughter and sister of two of the victims. "She made you smile when you didn't want to smile."

Pasillas speaks of her 19-year-old sister, Jazzy Smith. Pasillas tells News 3 that her sister and 49-year-old mother Carrie Williams died after a car hit them at Eastern and Flamingo.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says 31-year-old Daniel Becker was driving under the influence Wednesday night when he rammed into Pasillas' family and another person while they were in a crosswalk.

"It's hard, I think I'm still in shock. It doesn't feel real," said Pasillas. "I think I'm in a dream. I haven't had time to grasp it."

Pasillas says her mother and sister were crossing the intersection to catch the bus back home when the car hit them. Investigators say Becker was driving under the influence at the time of the crash.

"I pray that other people learn from this. If you are going to drink, you know, you could call Lyft or Uber. Take the bus because you are destroying lives. She had seven children who have to grow up without her," said Pasillas.

Pasillas says her 15-year-old brothers are now orphans. Pasillas hopes Becker pays for the accusations he is facing.

"We want justice. I want justice. We want justice. I definitely do," said Pasillas.
