HENDERSON, Nev. (KSNV News3LV) —
A suspect has been arrested for firing shots early Tuesday morning into a Henderson bar, according to a news release.
Bryce Brewer, 23, is being held at the Henderson Detention Center on six counts of discharging a gun into an occupied structure and six counts of assault with a deadly weapon, all felony charges.
Police were notified just after 12:30 a.m. about the incident at PKWY Tavern, 445 Marks St. No injuries occurred during the shooting, which investigators say they believed stemmed from the suspect being asked to leave after causing a disturbance because of his intoxication.
Brewer was arrested at his Las Vegas residence without incident around 5 p.m. Tuesday. During the arrest, a handgun was recovered that is believed to be the gun used in the crime.
