A death row inmate says no more appeals; he wants to die by lethal injection.

Scott Dozier was sentenced to death in 2007 for the 2002 shooting death of a man at a Las Vegas motel.

“It’s your desire for me to sign this second warrant of execution?" asked judge Jennifer Togliatti.

"Yes,” Dozier replied.

The judge did set a hearing for Aug. 24 where Nevada’s attorney general will have a chance to object to carrying out the death sentence without Dozier exhausting his legal rights in appellate court. Dozier's execution is scheduled for Nov. 14.

Nevada hasn’t executed an inmate since April 2006.
