You can hear as a burglar tries to pull a television off the wall in the surveillance video.

The video records two men stealing from the “Pop Drinks” store near Tropicana and the I-215. In the video, one burglar has a unique feature -- a man bun. He crawls up on a shelf and struggles to steal the television, but eventually hands it off to another burglar.

Pop Drinks co-owner Gina Debenham said they just opened two-weeks-ago.

"I felt like sick to my stomach, just violated," said Debenham.

The video surveillance was installed in the day before the burglary. Debenham said she is glad they did it because it gives them clues to identify the men stealing from them. She said had they showed up and had all this stuff missing they would have wondered what happened, causing frustration. Debenham said there was a crowbar or metal object in the morning left behind at the scene.

At least one thief came back a half hour after the television was torn off the wall. Debenham said that is when the man bun thief took cash, I-pads, and two energy drinks before he leaves.

"I'm glad that no one was hurt or anything but it just is frustrating," said Debenham.

The business still plans to hold its grand opening on Friday. If you have information call Metro or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
