Police investigate burglary report in Sen. Heller's Las Vegas office

Police are investigating a burglary reported Sunday morning at the Las Vegas office of Sen. Dean Heller.

The incident was reported just after 9:05 a.m. at 8930 W. Sunset Road, near the 215, according to Lt. David Schofield of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

Heller spokeswoman Megan Taylor confirmed an investigation but had no other comment.

Heller has been a target of both sides of the aisle during the health care debate.
