Police seek suspect in armed robbery near Sahara and Las Vegas Boulevard

Police are searching for a suspect in an armed robbery Friday morning just west of the Las Vegas Strip.

The incident occurred just after 1 a.m. on the 2400 block of Tam Drive, near West Sahara Avenue and Las Vegas Blvd. South, according to a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department news release.

The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money. No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a black male adult, 6-foot, thin build, who was last seen wearing a gray baseball hat and white, short-sleeve T-shirt.
