Speed and impairment are suspected factors in a fatal rollover early today that killed a 21-year-old woman on the northern beltway.

A 2010 Impala rolled about 12:45 a.m. Saturday while westbound on Interstate 215 just west of Durango.

The single occupant, believed to be 21 years old and from Las Vegas, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Nevada Highway Patrol troopers said she was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the Chevrolet.

"Investigators on the scene say that speed and impairment appear to be factors in the crash," said Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Jason Buratczuk.

The name of the victim will be released by the Clark County coroner after relatives have been notified
