A billboard promoting boxer Floyd Mayweather's 49-0 record was modified overnight, putting his record at 49-1 and posting the flag of Ireland.

The billboard faces northbound Interstate 15 near St. Rose Parkway in the southern valley. The base of it is surrounded by a fence designed to prevent vandalism.

It was covered over with black paint about noon Saturday.

Mayweather faces mixed martial arts fighter Conner McGregor at T-Mobile Arena tonight in one of the most anticipated title fights in history.

From Ireland, McGregor will be competing in his first boxing match while Mayweather came out of retirement to fight for a guarantee of $100 million. McGregor is guaranteed $30 million.
