UPDATE: Police release photos of suspects in deadly shooting in North Las Vegas

An 18-year-old woman was shot and killed Saturday night outside a North Las Vegas convenience store, and police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects.

The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on the 2800 block of East Tropical Parkway, near Ann Road, according to a North Las Vegas Police Department news release.

The victim was transported to UMC Trauma by a 24-year-old male friend, where she died.

Police say the victim was a passenger in a white Jeep when it was shot at by an unidentified assailant after an incident at the store.

Detectives say there had been an incident at the store, and this was not a random act of violence.

Both suspects are described as black males in their early 20s. One was last seen wearing a dark-colored sweatshirt with gray sweatpants. The other was wearing a dark-colored, hooded sweatshirt with khaki pants and black shoes.
