Comcast worker tackles and fights with gas station owners

A security camera catches video of a Comcast worker fighting a couple outside of a gas station.

Robert McKelvey appears to take down that couple in front of the chevron station they own.

But the altercation began several minutes before, inside the gas station.

McKelvey had apparently asked to use the restroom, which is not open to the public.

Police say after some back and forth between McKelvey and the owners, and some racial insults, the angry Comcast employee left the store. But not before knocking over a food display.

The owners say when they followed him outside to ask him to clean up the mess, he attacked, tackling them.

But police say the fight was mutual, and made no arrests.
