El Dorado Cantina marks Oaxaca Month with four new signature dishes

El Dorado Cantina celebrates the many states and flavors of Mexico, and each month they are recognizing and recreating the flavors of a different region of Mexico.
For April (Oaxaca Month), El Dorado introduces four new signature dishes: Mole Negro; Mole Verde; Tlayuda Mixta; and Tostada de Chapulines.
