Get in the Irish spirit with St. Patrick's Day at Station Casinos

If you want to get in the Irish spirit for St. Patrick's Day this Friday, Station Casinos has you covered.
Executive Chef Steve Barr from Green Valley Ranch stopped by to show us what they are cooking up.
Available for lunch and dinner on March 17, the Feast and Festival buffets at all Station Casinos' properties and the Bistro Buffet at the Palms are offering a St. Patrick's Day menu.
The special menu will feature corned beef and cabbage, lamb stew, mustard champs, bangers and mash, colcannon soup, and whiskey bread pudding.
All cafes will also feature a meal of corned beef, steamed cabbage, potatoes, and carrots. At Palace, Boulder, Texas, Sunset, Santa Fe, and Fiesta Henderson, the meal will cost $9.99. It will cost $11.99 at Red Rock Resort and Green Valley Ranch Resort. For dessert, all properties will offer bread pudding for $4.99.
If you're looking for an extra special dining experience, Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis will feature a corned beef short rib with a cabbage puree made from braised red cabbage and mustard gastrique.
All bars will also have Irish classics like Guinness and Jameson at the ready, as well as any green drinks. Every property has happy hours nightly, with most starting at 4 p.m.
