Sweet and savory brunch and dinner additions debut at Andiron Steak & Sea

The culinary connoisseurs behind Summerlin’s popular neighborhood steakhouse, Andiron Steak & Sea, are proud to introduce new and delicious menu selections to the weekend brunch menu.

Executive Chef Robert Camacho, along with Chef Kim Canteenwalla and restaurateur Elizabeth Blau, created a variety of new menu additions allowing guests to indulge in classic brunch items with a unique twist on flavors that are sure to please any palette. New brunch items are available now and take place every Saturday and Sunday with seatings from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Brunch fanatics will savor an eccentric brunch menu with a unique spin on breakfast and lunch favorites.

Diners will rave over the Blueberry Pancakes made with lemon and whipped cream; the Smoked Salmon Toast prepared with ricotta, local tomatoes, shaved red onion, capers, and radish sprouts; Brisket Hash Skillet with braised smoked brisket, roasted Yukon potatoes, roasted peppers, sweet onions, and poached eggs; Burrata & Peaches with toasted almonds and locally-grown arugula; Grown-Up Grilled Cheese with ham, gruyere cheese, and served with a sunny-side up egg; Bananas Foster French Toast made with caramelized bananas, toasted pecans and finished with whipped cream; and the refreshing Grilled Chicken Club Salad served with diced grilled chicken, avocado, applewood smoked bacon, and tomatoes.

Diners will also be pleased to see new additions to the dinner menu including the 8-ounce Hangar Steak that comes with a choice of the Andiron steak sauce, béarnaise, green peppercorn, or chimichurri sauce, as well as new add-ons to the Andiron Burger including egg, applewood smoked bacon, smoked brisket, and avocado. Dinner service takes place Sunday through Wednesday from 5 – 9 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 5 – 10 p.m.

New menu items include:
