Someone knows something: Metro looks to solve recent brutal murder

Someone out there knows something and LVMPD went 'old school' to find out who burned the body of a teen girl.

Officers meet neighbors the old fashioned way, Tuesday by having a community outreach and people were had already started talking, giving police vital information.

"When you have a person willing to burn another person that's a problem. I can tell you and your community that I have 150 officers that are just a little upset and are waiting to make that arrest," said Capitan Rich Fletcher.

Capitan Fletcher is in charge of the command in the community of Rock Springs Drive near Rainbow Boulevard and Washington Avenue. He says someone who's in that area knows something on who killed and burned a teen girl on March 11.

LVMPD detectives worked all afternoon, Tuesday to make neighbors comfortable and trying to get information that could help find answers.
