Boyd Gaming selling Eldorado Casino, company says

Boyd Gaming has agreed to sell Eldorado Casino, according to a company spokesperson. 

In a statement to News 3, a Boyd Gaming spokesperson said they would not be disclosing the terms of the transaction at this time. 

Boyd sold the property DeSimone Gaming, according to the spokesperson.

"The Eldorado was a non-core asset to our Company, and as we have continued to grow over the years, this property represented a very modest part of our overall business," the company said.

The nearly 18,000 sq. ft casino, located in historic Water Street in the City of Henderson first opened in 1961.
