Chubby Bunny Farm lets homeowners live off the land

OVERTON (KSNV News3LV) -- Chubby Bunny Farm is the brainchild of Katherine Stoker, a former Henderson resident who was fed up with how her food was being meddled with. Stoker says she wanted a way to grow and raise the food she would later feed to her family, avoiding the processed meats, cheeses and even milk that often shows up on grocery store shelves.

By raising her own animals, Stoker found a way to make a living and keep her groceries completely organic at the same time. Here's a look at her life, and her reasons for throwing out her urban life and exploring a life on the farm.
