LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Visitors will be allowed again at Nevada state prisons beginning next month.
The Nevada Department of Corrections said visitation will resume on Saturday, May 1.
Visitors must be at least 5 years old and must submit to a temperature screening and rapid COVID-19 test.
Face coverings are required, and visitation is limited to two people per inmate. Hours will vary at each institution.
Prison visitation was suspended back in March last year due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
