WASHINGTON (CIRCA) - Film director James Gunn has offered $100,000 to President Donald Trump’s preferred charity if the latter weighs himself on an "accurate scale."

The unusual offer comes after the White House released the results of Trump’s first physical as president on Tuesday.

“I will give 100 thousand dollars to Trump’s favorite charity if he will step on an accurate scale with an impartial medical professional, okayed by both of us,” Gunn tweeted Tuesday. “For real. #Girther #GirtherMovement.”

Gunn, who directed both "Guardians of the Galaxy" movies, also compared Trump’s height and weight to those of Major League Baseball star Albert Pujols.

Trump’s doctor on Tuesday offered a glowing assessment of the president’s physical and mental health.

"[His] overall health is excellent," Navy Rear Adm. Dr. Ronny Jackson said during a press conference.

"There’s no indication whatsoever that he has any cognitive issues," continued Jackson, who has served as the presidential physician since 2013.

"I’ve found no reason whatsoever to think the president has any issues whatsoever with his thought processes. All data indicates the president is healthy and will remain so for the duration of his presidency."

Trump weighed 239 pounds during his exam, one pound away from obesity, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's body mass index calculator.

Jackson noted that Trump could benefit from losing 10 to 15 pounds, adding that he is working with nutritionists and his medical team to craft a better diet and exercise plan for the president.

Trump has long voiced affection for fast food such as McDonald’s, and he also has a known love for Diet Coke.

The president has long abstained from alcohol and tobacco products, however, and he has frequently touted his good health.
