If you're looking have your business break into the Las Vegas Strip, now's your chance.
Commercial real estate firm CBRE said in a statement Tuesday that it's listed a 16-acre parcel on the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue.
The property has about 1,100 feet of frontage on the Strip, according to the statement, and it's located directly across from CityCenter, southeast of the Cosmopolitan and south of Planet Hollywood.
The property owner, NPB Luxury, previously sold a nearby parcel of 1.76 acres at a price valued at $34 million per acre, CBRE said.
"The potential of this land is remarkable. Given its location near some of the Strip’s most valuable and recognized properties, these 16 acres provide endless and exciting opportunity for the right visionary," Michael Parks, senior vice president of CBRE's Global Gaming Group, said in a statement.
