A woman suffering from multiple sclerosis is seeking the public’s assistance in searching for her service dog that has been missing for a week.

Brenda Borelli said her Belgian malinois, Wylee, jumped a 6-foot wall on Oct. 14 from her home near South Buffalo and Alta drives. Wylee was last seen running south on South Rainbow Boulevard near West Sahara Avenue.

Borelli, who founded Las Vegas Doberman and Dachshund Rescue 17 years ago, says she fears that Wylee has been found and the finders don't intend to return him to me because he is very highly trained and valuable.

Because of her condition, Borelli says she relied on Wylee’s help for “walking/stability/balance/picking things up off the floor for me.”

Wylee has been embedded with a microchip and is neutered.

Borelli says friends have helped raise $1,000 to offer as a reward for Wylee’s return. If you have information, please call (702) 596-9293.
