LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is heading to Las Vegas this weekend for a rally, according to his campaign.
The U.S. senator from Vermont will host a "Climate and College for All" rally on Saturday, Sept. 14, at the Cambridge Recreation Center.
The event is open to the public, with doors scheduled to open at 4 p.m. and the event starting at 5:30 p.m.

Before the rally, Sanders will take part in a town hall that is closed to the public. He'll also be in Carson City and Reno on Friday, Sept. 13, for a town hall and rally.
Sanders has qualified for Thursday's Democratic primary debate in Houston. His last visit to the Silver State was last month, when he took part in the public employee union AFSCME's forum at UNLV.
