Cowabunga Bay looks to hire more than 300 team members

    With its sixth season of family-friendly fun starting March 30, Cowabunga Bay Water Park is looking to hire more than 300 employees to join its team.

    The park features more than 20 slides and attractions, including the largest lazy river in Nevada, as well as an interactive play area for kids.

    Cowabunga Bay is hiring a variety of seasonal positions like lifeguards, guest services, First Aid, EMTs, cashiers, cooks, cabana servers and maintenance.

    The ideal applicants are looking to work in an enthusiastic outdoor environment.

    The park also offers lifeguard training and certification.

    General job requirements include people skills, positive attitude, reliability, flexible schedule and a minimum age of 16 years old by March 1.

    Those interested should visit the Cowabunga Bay website to download an employment application.

    Completed applications will be accepted in person at the park, located at 900 Galleria Drive, between noon and 4:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

    Interviews will be held on-site.
