The Christmas spirit was alive this weekend at Grapevine Fellowship Church in Las Vegas.

On Saturday, dozens of kids were treated to gifts and games and even a visit from the Santa, himself.

It was a part of the national Prison Fellowship Angel Tree program started by a former prison chaplain.

The goal of the program is to reach out to children who have a parent in prison.

"It shows that they have people that love them and care ... and that they still have the spirit of Christmas, Santa Claus, taking pictures, gifts ... and everyone's having a good time. It's really good for the kids," said volunteer Chapelle Belcher.

Meals were also provided for the children and altogether, 130 gifts were handed out to local children.
