The tragedy still has a big impact on first responders and families who call this hospital home. Kimberly Shaw, President and CEO of St. Rose Dominican Hospital, San Martin, says it’s a day they will never forget.
“One of the things that we did is that we did not go beyond insurance to our patients that received care as a result of that tragedy. We are with you we are part of your community. This is part of our mission, our vision is to support you and so we are all in this together,” said Shaw.
St. Rose Dominican is Southern Nevada’s only nonprofit, faith-based hospital and began in Henderson in 1947.
