Henderson marijuana sales to begin Friday, City Council approves all five dispensaries
HENDERSON (KSNV News3LV) —
The Henderson City Council approved all five of the dispensaries that applied for marijuana licenses, Tuesday night.
Five businesses currently licensed to sell medical marijuana now have the approval to open their sales to recreational marijuana users.
Each of the five shops must first pay licensing fees and get approval from the State Department of Taxation.
