Kim Sinatra to step down as executive VP for Wynn Resorts
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) —
Kim Sinatra has stepped down as executive vice president and general counsel for Wynn Resorts, according to a company filing dated Thursday.
Sinatra will leave her positions with the company effective July 15, an SEC filing from Wynn Resorts states.
The terms of her "transition and departure" are not yet final, according to the filing.
Sinatra was at the center of a legal battle between Wynn Resorts and Elaine Wynn, ex-wife of company founder Steve Wynn.
Elaine Wynn testified in court that she told Sinatra in 2009 about a rape accusation against Steve Wynn.
Sinatra released a statement in response denying Elaine Wynn ever told her about the accusation, only that there was an "oblique reference to a settlement."
