LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Lotus of Siam at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa will begin hosting weekend brunch on Saturday, March 4 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. that will continue every Saturday and Sunday, with the exception of Lotus’s monthly high-energy “Champagne Party Brunch.”
Guests of the proper brunch will indulge themselves in a unique menu of reimagined Thai classics and original brunch favorites, accompanied by bottomless mimosas for $25, Bloody Mary’s and handcrafted signature cocktails.
The menu highlights a raw bar offering oysters, ceviche with half-shell scallops in seafood sauce, and king crab cocktail with Thai condiments.
Additional features include shrimp toast with sweet-chili soy and toasted sesame, Thai-style steak & eggs with jasmine rice and Sua Rong Hai sauce.
The next “Champagne Party Brunch” is scheduled for Saturday, March 18.
Lotus of Siam is also open for dinner on Sunday through Thursday from 4-11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
