Authorities are looking for a man who shot an ATM during a robbery Monday morning in the south valley.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police say a man walked into a convenience store near Decatur and Cactus at about 2:40 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10.

He fired four to five shots at an ATM inside the store, then told the clerk to go to the back.

The robber was able to take an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, and he left through the front door, possibly driving away in a dark-colored SUV.

Nobody was injured, the clerk told News 3, and there is surveillance video that will be turned over to police.
