LAS VEGAS (KSNV) -- On Tuesday morning, attorneys for News 3 and other media will argue to unseal 14 search warrants in the Route 91 shooting investigation.

The petition was filed Nov. 2 after the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said it would not hold regular press briefings on the investigation.

A similar petition argued Friday, in federal court, successfully unsealed 300 pages of FBI search warrants records.

The media hearing for LVMPD's warrants is on the calendar for 8:30 a.m., before Judge Elissa Cadish.
