NLVPD releases footage of shooting that killed 11-year-old girl, release mugshots

The North Las Vegas Police Department has released security footage of the shooting that left 11-year-old Angelina Erives dead on November 1.

The footage shows three suspects exiting a vehicle and walking onto the residential street, located near Deer Springs Way and Losee Road. The three then open fire on a home.

NLVPD have arrested 16-year-old Damion Dill and 20-year-old Jarquan Tiffith in the incident.

Police believe the shooting was gang-related and that the suspects targeted wrong house.

"We now know that they came in the area to complete a retaliation shooting with a target victim that was known to be a rival gang member," said North Las Vegas Police Assistant Chief Pamela Ojeda.

A third individual, 9-year-old Guy Lee Banks III, was shot by an armed neighbor. Banks died from his injuries.

Earlier in the week police arrested 17-year-old Erin Hines accused of being connected to the shooting.

There is reportedly one more suspect that police are seeking out. He has been identified by NLV Detectives, but his information has not been released at this time.

"Our detectives will not rest until he is apprehended and justice is brought to this family," Ojeda said.

North Las Vegas Police is asking for anyone with information on this shooting to come forward.
