NLVPD: Missing 12-year-old girl found in good health
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) —
UPDATE, Sept. 14 | A 12-year-old reported missing out of North Las Vegas has been found safe and in good health.
Police say Teanah Bullard was found Thursday night and has returned to her family.
ORIGINAL | Detectives need help locating a missing endangered juvenile who went missing in North Las Vegas.
On Wednesday, August 29, 12-year-old Teanah Bullard was last seen near Owens Avenue and Pecos Road when she allegedly went missing. Her family reports that Teanah has been spotted twice since she went missing and her actions have led them to believe she is in danger.
Teanah is described as an African American female, about 4'11" tall, 105 lbs., with braided black hair and brown eyes. See attached photo of Teanah.
All hospitals are asked to check their registries for Teanah, or any John Doe matching the above description, and to notify police immediately if found. It should be noted that HIPPA permits disclosure upon request to Law Enforcement, and is authorized pursuant, 45 C.F.R. section 154.512.
