North Las Vegas woman accused of murdering boyfriend
NORTH LAS VEGAS (KSNV) —
A North Las Vegas woman is accused of murdering her boyfriend. The body was found inside a home off of East Lone Mountain Road and North Decatur Boulevard.
"I was kind of surprised that someone died right next door," said Neighbor Jerry Williams.
Jerry Williams will never forget seeing several police cars outside his next door neighbor's home on Halloween.
North Las Vegas police arrested 48-year-old Parichart Hall for the murder of her 38-year-old boyfriend.
People in the neighborhood who did not want to go on camera say on Sunday they heard a gunshot coming from the home. Williams tells us Hall seemed like a normal neighbor.
"Every now and then I see a woman in the backyard. They usually take care of some chickens they own, said Williams.
North Las Vegas police say it appeared that the injuries to the man were a couple of days old.
Friends of the 38-year-old man off camera tell us Hall stayed with her boyfriend’s body. They say the two had been in a dating relationship for a while and they never had any problems.
Williams says occasionally he would speak with the 38-year -old man who lost his life.
"An average person really didn’t think much about it," he said.
