LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Two people have been arrested in connection with a convenience store homicide that took place in November 2021.

According to a police report, the victim, Patrick O'Neal, accused Daijenai Levi of cutting in line at a Speedee Mart located at 2980 East Tropicana. The two got into some kind of verbal altercation.

O'Neal was escorted out of the store and Levi said her husband would get him.

About a minute later, a man came into the parking lot, chased O'Neal back into the store and shot him.

Police identified the man ad woman as Isaiah and Daijenai Levi.

Daijenai Levi was booked into CCDC on Sunday. Isaiah Levi is still listed as in custody at Bell County Jail in Texas.
