About six pedestrians escaped injury when the rear end of a tour bus ran over a curb east of the Strip late Saturday morning.

Lt. Richard Meyers of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said the incident occurred about 11:10 a.m. at Sands Avenue and Koval Lane.

The bus headed south onto Koval from Sands and its back end ran over a curb, striking the pedestrians

“All refused medical treatment and there were no injuries to document,” Meyers said in a text.

Impairment was not suspected.
