Police arrest man accused in burglary spree near Hualapai, Town Center

The Las Vegas Metropiltian Police Department have captured a man they believe is responsible for a string of burglaries earlier this month.

Investigators say on Sept. 14, officers were dispatched to investigate six residential burglaries that occurred within hours of each other near Hualapai and Town Center.

Detectives obtained surveillance video that showed a black male adult jumping a pony wall.

During the course of the investigation, detectives identified 58-year-old Woodrow Marshall as the suspect in these burglaries.

On Sept. 26, Marshall was located in the 1700 block of North Martin L. King Boulevard and taken into custody.

He was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where he faces charges of:

  • Burglary (5 counts)
  • Burglary while in possession of a gun or other deadly weapon
  • Home invasion (6 counts)
  • Attempt home invasion
  • Own or possess a gun by a prohibited person
  • Failure of a convicted person to register or change address
