Police search for suspect in armed business robbery near Charleston and Valley View

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) —
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is searching for a man who they say robbed a business last Tuesday near Charleston and Valley View Boulevards.
The robbery took place at around 5:10 p.m. The suspect reportedly approached the checkout clerk and demanded money from the cash register while brandishing a gun. After the robbery, he ran away to the north.
The man is described as a Hispanic or black male in his 30's to 40's who is between five feet nine inches and six feet tall. He had a goatee with some gray in it, and was wearing a tan straw cowboy had, a white button-up collared dress shirt with short sleeves, blue jeans, and tan work boots.
