No injuries were reported after a plane veered off the runway at Henderson Executive Airport on Wednesday, according to an official.

A small plane had landed but experienced breaking problems when it went off the runway at about 10:30 a.m., said Chris Jones, chief marketing officer for the airport.

The only person on board was the pilot, and that person did not immediately report any injuries.

The plane was a Cirrus SR22, Jones said. It was not immediately known if the plane was based at Henderson or if it was arriving from another location.

According to records from the Federal Aviation Administration, the plane is registered to a man with a Henderson address.
