If you want to see just how impressive the house is, watch the reactions of people walking around.

Kym Wilson's reaction is exactly the kind of thing we heard from everyone at the St. Jude Dream Home.

"It's amazing. Absolutely amazing," said Wilson.

"The design is on point. Beautiful high ceilings and high windows, cabinet that goes up to the ceilings," said Maggy Chung.

It's a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath, ranch-style home with a view of mountains.

It's also high-tech and modern, with an open living room that literally flows into the backyard.

And ... it's $100.

Yes, that price is correct.

That's the cost of a raffle ticket to enter the Dream Home giveaway, and that's exactly what many people are doing.

"We're looking for a new house so this is the perfect opportunity and it's great even if you don't. It's a win, win, win," said Sylvia and John Wunderlich.

It's a partnership with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

$100 gets you a chance to give back and possibly receive the keys to this place.

Saturday was the public's first chance to see the St. Jude Dream Home, themselves, and sign up to get one of the limited tickets still available.

"It would mean so much because so many people put this together and you get to be a part of that," said Chung. "If you win this, you get to be a part of that community effort."

Everyone still has a chance to win but there will only be one winner.

The home giveaway is scheduled for Oct. 11.
