Broncos Linebacker and Super Bowl 50 champion Brandon Marshall will return to his hometown of North Las Vegas on Thursday, Jan. 10, to donate special FEEL gist boxes to 16 valley families.

The 29-year-old was born in Las Vegas and attended Cimarron-Memorial High School before heading to the University of Nevada, Reno.

The donation will take place at 4:00 p.m. inside Council Chambers of the North Las Vegas City Hall, located at 2250 Las Vegas Boulevard.

The special FEEL boxes aim to assist with the families’ basic needs and give them learning materials and wellness resources.

They contain a Samsung Galaxy tablet loaded with digital books and educational, headphones and a month’s worth of food vouchers and hygiene products.

This is a part of Marhsall’s FEEL (Feed & Educate to Empower Leaders) Movement.

The families receiving the donation were selected with the input of local community and social services leaders by Mayor Pro Tem Pamela Goynes-Brown.
