Tip-off on the tournament portion of Las Vegas NBA Summer League is Wednesday.

Teams played their final preliminary games Tuesday including the Miami Heat, who before facing the Utah Jazz, had yet to win in Las Vegas.

Former Duke star, Grayson Allen, finished with 17 points, seven rebounds and three assists for the Jazz.

Former Runnin' Rebel, Ike Nwamu, had 18 points for Miami, and his former UNLV teammate, Rashad Vaughn, had eight points in Miami's 98-90 win.

Vaughn was a "one and done" at UNLV, playing just one season before entering the NBA.

Tuesday in Vegas, NBA commissioner Adam Silver said the league is considering getting rid of the "one and done" system, by lowering the age of when one can enter the NBA to 18.

Kayla McBride scored 12 of her 18 points in the second half to help the Las Vegas Aces take the season series against the Chicago Sky with a 98-74 win on Tuesday night.

France advanced to the World Cup final for the first time since 2006 with a 1-0 win over Belgium on Tuesday.
