Full Sportscast: Golden Knights fall to LA Kings on road and at home


Following a 3-2 loss in OT in LA Monday night, the Vegas Golden Knights sought revenge against the Kings Tuesday night and hoped home ice advantage would help.

T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas is where the Golden Knights own the best home record in the NHL.

In net for Vegas was Max Lagace, one of the Golden Knights' backups, giving starter Marc-Andre Fleury some rest after his 41 saves Monday.

The Golden Knights would lose Tuesday 4-1.

They are tied for second place in the league and host Ottawa Friday night.

The Runnin' Rebels host rival Reno Wednesday at 8 pm.

UNLV beat the Nevada Wolfpack earlier this month in Reno, however, the Wolfpack was playing without its star, Caleb Martin, who is expected to play Wednesday.

This game will be UNLV's last home game of the regular season.

It's senior night and a "red out."

UNLV is asking fans to wear red.
