It was a big day for Las Vegas native Bryce Harper, who earlier in the day signed a one-year extension with the Nationals for 2018 that will pay him over $21 million, then he went out and hit a game-winning walk-off two-run home run in the bottom of the 9th to help Washington beat Philadelphia.

Kyle Busch won the first stage of the Go Bowling Cup race in Kansas but could only manage a fifth-place finish.

The 51s gave up five runs late to Omaha at Cashman Field for their third straight loss.
